Founded in 2009 by Stephen McKinney, First Class Letting & Property Management Ltd. brings years of experience together with a superior focus on customer service to both landlords and tenants. Having spent many years working with Dublin auctioneer and valuation companies in property rentals and sales, Stephen founded First Class to focus his energies on providing direct, experienced, property management services to landlords and tenants in north Dublin and further afield.
At First Class, Stephen and the team strive to provide great tenants for great landlords. With an extensive list of tenants whom we assess and vet on an individual basis, we are continually seeking quality rental properties in Swords, Kinsealy, Clontarf, Killester, raheny, Clarehall, Northern Cross, Artane, Santry and all of North Dublin.
