Having worked for many years for some of the leading estate agents in Dublin, Stephen was convinced that the missing link between landlords and tenants was a superior level of service to both landlords and tenants alike. 1st Class is that missing link.
1st Class Letting & Property Management Ltd was established in 2009 by Stephen McKinney. Stephen has extensive knowledge of the property industry having worked in Lettings, Sales and Property Management for many years in several estate agents throughout Dublin.
Stephen is currently doing a 2 year degree in auctioneering in DIT Bolton St.
Ingrid Healy has worked for many of the leading estate agents in Dublin and has extensive knowledge of the letting/sales/property management area. She has aBsc Hons inReal Estate from the University of the West of England.
